Planning Analyst & Developer

In our international team, you’ll have the key responsibility to develop our company’s processes, create new ways of working, and maintain our business excellence across different verticals.
Location: Stockholm
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyse business data (e.g., sales, supply chain, production, finance).
- Create dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Ensure master data accuracy and consistency across systems
Planning & Forecasting
- Support demand/supply planning processes.
- Analyse gaps between forecast and actuals and recommend improvements.
System & Tool Development
- Develop or enhance planning tools (Excel models, custom software, or ERP add-ons).
- Automate manual reporting or planning processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing planning systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with IT, finance, operations, and sales to align planning processes.
- Translate business needs into functional planning tools or reports.
- Integration of product life cycle management and supply chain processes.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in current S&OP processes.
- Support in improving sales forecast accuracy.
- Propose and implement improvements using technology or new methodologies.
Qualifications and experience:
- University degree in job related field or equivalent experience (degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in planning software/tool and data analysis tools
- Knowledge with inventory management and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC)
- Experience in implementation of new supply chain system considered as a plus
- Extremely organized, self-driven, ability to multi-task, very detailed oriented and able to handle complexity.
- Business English level communication skills
- Strong understanding of operational processes
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work across silos and build consensus
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
