ERP Administrator

Polarium is a growing high-tech company at the forefront of the battery revolution. We're on a mission to develop and deliver next-generation battery solutions that power a sustainable future. As we scale new heights, we're seeking a talented ERP Administrator to join and develop our ERP practice.
You will play a key role in our ERP team ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system. You will provide hands-on support, system configuration, and user training while continuously improving processes to maximize system efficiency.
Responsibilities:
ERP System Management & Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the ERP system.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and ensure system security compliance.
- Support the ERP roadmap by managing small projects and backlog activities.
- Configure and optimize ERP functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular system audits, and enforce best practices.
ERP Maintenance & Support
- Develop and maintain the ERP support structure, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and first-line support for ERP-related issues.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
System Upgrades & Enhancements
- Stay updated on ERP system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Manage the implementation and testing of ERP upgrades and releases.
- Identify and implement process improvements using ERP automation and integrations.
- Work closely with the ERP Manager to ensure a seamless upgrade and enhancement strategy.
User Training, Documentation & Adoption
- Act as a super-user, supporting business functions with ERP best practices.
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop user manuals, guides, and documentation to enhance ERP knowledge across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or NAV (highly recommended).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
Skills & Attributes:
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business users and vendors.
- Comfortable creating processes, templates, and documentation where they don’t yet exist.
- Positive can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results and improving efficiency.
- Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international environment.
