Technical Project Manager
We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, scientists, developers and more to pave the way for the next big leap in the energy industry through our battery energy storage and optimization systems.
Location: Stockholm
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead product and system development projects with a strong focus on technical product and system development phases.
- Take an active and leading role in system design and key technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create detailed project plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Secure necessary resources (personnel, financial, and technical) to deliver the project on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
- Manage and control change requests related to product and system development.
- Lead and ensure the quality assurance activities for projects during both development phases, as well as during launch and commercialization across the business.
- Conduct and document regular meetings with customers, addressing both project status and technical discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices and process execution, with a focus on technical excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- > 5 years of product development project management in a fast-paced environment
- Worked with developing complex systems or products with both software and hardware
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with different business stakeholders and team members
- Experience of full life-cycle projects
- Experience in active risk management and mitigation plans execution
- A track record of collaborating with steering groups and other stakeholders
- Possesses at least one of the following: M.sc or B.Sc. in Engineering
