About the position

To succeed at Polarium, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This role you will work closely with many colleagues within the Polarium group and will be responsible for growing our revenue profitably within Europe and Middle East based on the business plan.

As Head of Sales - Europe and Middle East you are directly responsible for one or more  key customers and manage the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle in cooperation with other departments. You will present and sell in power products and solutions including related  logistics and other service offerings, matching the needs. You will plan, organize, direct and control sales activities to meet set objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching EME sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer relations
  • Ensure that your Customer information and activities are updated 
  • Maximize both present and long-term sales.
  • Business development
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in b2b sales. 
  • Experience in sales in international technical environment.
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Solid verbal and written English language skills
