About the job

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for sales development and account management in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This includes existing accounts, but also expands into new accounts within the region. Responsible both for the Telecom and C&I segments. The plan is for this position to build an organization to support the business in the countries.

You will

• Interact with customers and ensure good commercials for the company and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain customer relations.
• Analysing and qualifying new sales opportunities.
• Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) any customer complaints.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the organization and the team.
• Ensure that rules and regulations are adhered to.
• Hire and fire as needed.

About you

• Min 5 years’ experience of Sales Leadership experience.
• Min 10 years’ experience in b2b sales with large account management.
• Experience in sales with complex technical products, preferably in the telecom/C&I power supply and/or battery field.
• Technical savvy in the field of telecom power and/or battery systems.
• University degree in tech, business or other relevant field.
