About the job

We are hiring a Technical Customer Support Manager to join our growing Polarium Inc. organization. This position will provide excellent service to U.S. Sales, Sales Operations and Customers for customer Solution, orders delivery, product information as well as technical support. In this role you will frequently interact with Polarium Inc. functions Logistics and Sales, and with R&D and Technical Support at parent company Polarium AB. This position is USA based, preferably in Colorado, USA. Business trips will occur, approximately 40% of the time.


Responsibilities:

  • Interact with End Customer
  • Manage a team of Field technical support Technicians
  • Manage and Interact with Partners & Distributors
  • Review Customer requirements
  • Prepare and Review Design Solutions
  • Manage RMA process
  • Lab Testing and Diagnostics
  • Provide Technical Support and Training when necessary
  • Interact with R&D (Sweden) and Lab engineers (USA & Mexico)
  • Implement Processes to capture Team performance and productivity per customer
  • Implement and manage partner/ distributor performance per assigned region

 

Qualification and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a Customer Service team preferably in a production or manufacturing company
  • Experience working with diversified customers or in an international support environment
  • Experience with Telecom Systems and Networks is a MUST
  • Experience with Power systems and DC power is a Plus
  • Experience with Renewable energy Technology Design and Deployment - Low power and High Power
  • Experience with Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
  • Great Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in EE is preferred
