About the job

We are currently looking for our new Customer Service Lead, who´s main focus will be to provide high quality service to Sales, Operations and Customers regarding customers orders, as well as information and support. You will be the an important part to ensure that our customers get world class service and support. Customer Service Lead will also support Polarium AB Order & Product Planning for excellent delivery of customer orders. The position is based at in Colorado Denver , US and businesss trips will occur, both international and within US.


  • Develop processes and programs to ensure that our customer satisfaction is exceptional.
  • Enable that purchase orders and tracking flows efficiently both internal and external within Polarium.
  • Develop and mange internal and external KPI´s for on-time shipping and customer delivery.
  • Close cooperation with Swedish colleagues on processes and procedure improvements within customer service.


Qualification and experience:

We believe that you have a minimum of 5 years experience  within international Customer Service teams and a substantial order management experience in a international production or manufacturing company.
