About the job

We are currently looking for our new Head of Sales Operations to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. Head of Sales Operations will mainly focus on supporting strategies to increase sales force effectiveness and mange functions essential to sales force productivity. Head of Sales Operations will be accountable for on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives as well as implementation of sales organization-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage sale forecasting, planning and process reporting to meet Polarium’s requirements. As well as establishing high levels of quality and process consistency in planning, forecasting and time management approaches.
  • Provide sales process training where required that reflects Polarium’s business goals.
  • Ensure that internal departments successfully evaluate and improve processes to preform their roles with success.
  • Communicate with Polarium sales leadership to support sales organization productivity.
  • Work closely with marketing resources to identify and implement Product Marketing strategies to highlight customer success, launch new products introductions and enhance availability of informational resources.

 

Qualification and experience:

We believe that you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Sales Management and General management experience in a business-to-business environment in the US. We also believe that you have a minimum of 5 years in sales operations and business planning.
