About the job

We are looking for our new Technical Account Manager, who will be responsible for the account- and field management of customer. As a TAM in Polarium you will ensure excellent customer satisfaction and be the spokesperson for the customer and conduit of technical requirement. You also have to understand the customer’s needs and what is important for them to be successful in this role. The position is based in Denver, CO and business trips will occur, both international and within US.


  • Manage the customer relation throughout the project life cycle in cooperation with other departments within Polarium
  • Plan, organize, direct and control sales and customer program activities to meet set objectives.
  • Establish and maintain customer relations and cooperate with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that your customer information and activities are updated into the CRM systems
  • Maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits
  • Present and sell in other Polarium products and solutions including related logistic and other service offerings, matching the needs of the customer.


Who are you?

We are looking for a self-going person with the capability to see the whole picture. You have technical skills and a genuine interest to build and maintain relationship whit Polarium’s customers. We believe you have 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales and experience of a similar positions managing large Telecom accounts, preferably in power supply and/or battery field. We also believe you have knowledge from agile development and enjoy a fast-growing corporate environment. 

Qualifications and experience:

·         Experience in sales and account management with complex technical products

·         Excellent people skills and a good-natured competitive spirit

·         Master or bachelor´s degree in relevant education

·         Self motivation and drive and structured approach to problem solving.

·         Good communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
